At Brilliance Outdoor, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you need to return or request a refund for any product, follow our straightforward process for refund and returns:

Returns

You have 30 days to return a product from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. When approved, we will process your refund and apply a credit to your original payment method within a few days.

If you experience a delay or haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times can vary.
  3. Contact your bank for additional processing time.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at info@brillianceoutdoor.com and send your item to: 1 South Main Street, Granite Falls, NC 28630.

If you received an item as a gift, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, we will mail a gift certificate to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for expensive items, as we do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
