Installation
Assembly Required. Propane Tank Not Included.
Tools Needed (Not Included):
- Adjustable opening wrench (8” long)
- Slip joint pliers (9” long)
- Philips screwdriver with a medium blade
- Spray bottle of soap solution for leak testing
Step-by-Step Assembly:
- Attaching the Wheel Assembly:
- Step 1: Locate the Wheel Assembly and the 2 nuts/bolts contained in the plastic bag with the Wheel Assembly.
- Step 2: Turn the Base so that the holes for the attachment of the Wheel Assembly are facing you.
- Step 3: Align the holes in the Wheel Assembly with the holes on the Base. Insert the bolts through both sets of holes and secure the nuts on the end of the bolts.
- Step 4: The Wheel Assembly should now be attached to the Base.
- Assembling the Reflector:
- Step 1: Locate all 4 pieces of the Reflector (3 outer pieces and 1 center piece), which are wrapped in bubble wrap. Unwrap and remove all pieces and peel off the protective blue plastic on each piece.
- Step 2: Align the sides of each outer piece with the center piece. Place a bolt through the center hole on each piece and tighten the castle nuts on the bolts.
- Step 3: Insert bolts through the holes located at the outside edge of the adjoining panels of the reflector side pieces and tighten the castle nuts on the bolts.
- Final Assembly:
- Follow the detailed instructions provided in the manual for attaching the remaining parts, ensuring that each component is securely fastened.
