If you need to file a warranty claim, follow these simple steps to ensure a smooth process:

  1. Review Your Warranty: Before filing a claim, review the warranty terms provided with your product. This will help you understand what is covered and any specific conditions that apply.
  2. Prepare Your Information: Gather all necessary information, including your proof of purchase, product model number, and a detailed description of the issue. Photos or videos of the defect can also be helpful.
  3. Submit Your Claim: Complete our online warranty claim form. Provide all required information to ensure we can process your claim efficiently.
  4. Processing Your Claim: Once we receive your claim, our team will review it and contact you if any additional information is needed. We aim to process all claims within 7-10 business days.
  5. Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace the defective product as per the warranty terms. We will notify you of the resolution and any further steps required.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers purchases made from authorized Brilliance Outdoor distributors. This warranty does not cover purchases made from third-party resellers.

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes issues such as malfunctioning solar panels, defective LEDs, and structural failures. For a complete list of what is covered, please refer to the warranty documentation provided with your product.

This warranty does not cover mishandling, abuse, cosmetic damage, or damage due to acts of God, misuse, negligence or modification to any part of the product. This warranty does not cover damage due to failure to follow directions regarding the operation or installation of the product, and also does not cover connection to improper power-supply (more than 24 volts), lightning strike, hot-plugging (electrical overstress), other power surges, any other primary side (line voltage) problem, or attempted repair by anyone other than a facility authorized by Brilliance Outdoor to repair the product.

This does not apply to optional finishes. Should optional refinishing be required, charges will apply.

This does not cover shipping costs for returns or repairs. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges both ways.

Repair & Replacement

Brilliance Outdoor assumes no responsibility for labor costs involved in repair or replacement. We are not responsible for labor, downtime, or equipment rental charges for on-site service.

We will repair or replace your product at our discretion and return it to you via a common carrier of our choice. The average repair time from receipt is 7-10 business days, but times may vary. If you require a signature upon delivery, please notify us when requesting a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). If the defective fixture is outdated or discontinued, we will repair it if possible.

No other warranties or guarantees, either expressed or implied, exist beyond the stated warranties herein. No employee or agent of Brilliance Outdoor may extend, modify, or change the terms of these warranties.

Under no circumstances will Brilliance Outdoor be liable for any incidental, consequential, special, or monetary damages in connection with any breach of its warranties.

Also, Terms are subject to change without notice. Brilliance Outdoor and our parent company Brilliance LED also reserves the right to modify these warranty terms in order to comply with policy or laws governing warranty issues in states or countries having specific remedies differing or additional to those described within this document.
